Course Overview

NOTE: In-person only, at Cathedral of Faith, San Jose!

In this course, students will lay a foundation to build their personal leadership capabilities and effectiveness so that they can learn to lead like Jesus. Biblical leadership principles will be infused into the discussion as students examine various leadership and motivation styles. Students will not only learn their particular leadership style, but how to elate to the leadership styles of others. A variety of leadership instruments will be used as the students reflect on their own leadership traits and those of others.

What you’ll get from this course:

Every course is taught at the college level in a 12-week quarter. You will get professional instruction that is deeply grounded in the truth of Scripture and the power of the Holy Spirit. The courses meet weekly for 2 hours of lecture, discussion, and interaction. We expect these courses to make a powerful impact as you study the word of God and see the transformation in your life.
