David Sell lectures on Christian Mental Health. The Christian’s Mental Health is a three-part series aimed toward helping Christians learn how to change their thoughts in order to achieve good mental health. The first class addresses the typical thought patterns that lead to anger, fear, insecurity, discouragement, guilt, shyness, or when we desire something unwholesome. The goal of this course is to help us recognize unhealthy thought patterns so we can then replace them with biblical thought patterns.

What you’ll get from this course:

Every course is taught at the college level in a 12-week quarter. You will get professional instruction that is deeply grounded in the truth of Scripture and the power of the Holy Spirit. The courses meet weekly for 2 hours of lecture, discussion, and interaction. We expect these courses to make a powerful impact as you study the word of God and see the transformation in your life.

Northern California Bible College

Pastor David Sell has been a Christian for 51 years and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. He joined the faculty of NCBC at a very young age and has served as a faculty member, Academic Dean, the President of this accredited Bible College, and now the President Emeritus. From 1987-2006 he and his family also pioneered a thriving local church in Pleasanton, CA, where he learned the importance of providing the Holy Spirit a strong platform in the local church. He has been married to his wife Debbie for nearly 50 years and together they have two grown daughters and five grandchildren.
